If you reduce the amount of fried foods in the diet to a minimum, it’s burgers, oven baked, will be a worthy substitute for their fried brethren. Besides the obvious use, these cakes are also easy to cook because they can be baked simultaneously with a garnish or gravy.

Chicken cutlet, oven baked with cheese

No one is against baked chicken cutlets, especially if some of the stuffing hidden cheese filling, and the meat itself is seasoned correctly.


  • minced chicken – 530 g;
  • a handful of green onions;

  • ground cumin, paprika – ½ tsp;

Connect the prepared minced meat with spices and herbs onions. Spinach simmered and mix it with minced meat as soon as evaporate the excess moisture. Pour all wostershire sauce and add chopped mint. Fish cakes with potatoes baked in the oven


  • canned tuna – 165 g;
  • boiled potatoes – 85 g;
  • grated ginger – 1 tsp.;
  • garlic – 6 cloves;

  • ground turmeric – a pinch.


Preroute potatoes and mix it with canned tuna. Add all paste of ginger and garlic, a good pinch of salt, turmeric and a couple of egg whites for binding. From the resulting mass to make cakes and send them to be baked at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until lightly set on the outside.

Cutlets, baked in the oven with gravy

Along with the baked meatballs can be cooked and the gravy to them. The burgers themselves don’t require any preliminary roasting, and prepared in the manner of the meatballs directly in the tomato sauce. In our case, to the last was added and sour cream.
