You can be navigational and eat more consciously, and be healthier than raw food eaters. The main thing here is to make the kitchen be your pharmacy.
Let’s look at what is already there in every kitchen, and what’s good for us regular people.
They are very strong neutralizers of toxins. Ginger, red pepper, black pepper have medicinal value due to its hot and spicy qualities. Spices can just be taken with water, instead of tea or tea. For example, you can make a ginger drink.
It can be prepared in two ways. The first option (advanced): take fresh ginger and RUB with the peel, add lemon with peel, boil for 10 minutes, let stand. Immediately after boil, it will not have a very sharp taste, and in the evening already quite sharp.

The second (lightweight): toupiti ginger powder, add to a glass of hot water (and honey if desired).
Ginger cools, so do not get carried away in winter, if cold. Ginger kindles the digestive fire, so that people with hypoacidity are very useful, especially with grated garlic.
Use the power of aloe
Get in the kitchen aloe is an excellent Feng Shui. As well as a way to have at hand a plant that cures any Constitution.
One example of use: painful menstruation — aloe juice 1 teaspoon + a pinch of pepper — relieves spasms. Aloe also helps with colds, coughs, a little weak.
