Sour cream is prepared with condensed milk is incredibly easy and fast. It perfectly nourishes dry sponge cakes and the cake always turns out amazingly tender and soft. It is made from readily available ingredients that are always in your fridge.
Sour cream with condensed milk to biscuit cake
- condensed milk – 450 ml;
- sour cream 20% – 400 ml;
- brandy – 2 tbsp. spoon;
- liquid vanilla extract – 1 tsp.;
- concentrated lemon juice – 50 ml.
Chilled sour cream spread in a bowl and whisk for 5 minutes with a mixer until fluffy state. Then pour condensed milk, introduce a bit of vanilla and concentrated lemon juice. At the end pour the cognac and using the mixer, bring the cream until tender, whisking the ingredients in an air mass. A bowl of cream tighten with cling film and put in 3 hours in the refrigerator so that it thickens. Then use it to impregnate layers of sponge. If in the end you are left with a small amount of cream, put it in a clean, dry jar, cover and store in the fridge for about a week.
Oil-sour cream with condensed milk
- the natural condensed milk – 200 ml;
- sour cream 20% – 200 ml;
- butter – 200 g;
- nuts shelled walnuts – 300 g
In a bowl, spread soft creamy butter and pour condensed milk. Whisk the contents of the blender until smooth and homogeneous. Next, enter the sour cream and again whisk well. Peeled walnuts lightly fry and then chop finely with a knife, pour in the cream and stir with a whisk.

- low-fat sour cream – 450 ml;
- cream 33% – 200 ml;
- thickener for cream – 1 package;
- condensed milk – 100 ml.
Put heavy cream in a bowl and whisk until stiff peaks. Separate vspuchivaet the sour cream with sugar powder and a thickener. Then add the condensed milk and add the whipped cream. Stir the mass thoroughly and put the ready cream to harden for half an hour in the fridge.
