For fans of khachapuri recipes offer cooking with kefir. The dough is made on the basis of this fermented milk product, it turns out fluffy, tender and incredibly tasty. As a filling you can take any solid or Adyghe cheese.

Recipe khachapuri with cheese yogurt


For the dough:

  • wheat flour – 450-490 g;
  • yogurt – 240 ml;
  • sugar – 240 ml;
  • egg – 1 PC.;
  • refined vegetable oil – 35 ml;
  • soda – 5 g;
  • salt – 2 pinches;

For the filling:

  • cheese – 320 g;
  • egg – 1 PC.;
  • fresh herbs (optional);
  • ground pepper;
  • butter for greasing finished products – G. 65


The dough for khachapuri start with whisking the eggs. Achieved by means of a mixer in lush foam, then pour the yogurt, add soda, sugar and salt, whisk again and allow to dissolve all the crystals. After that, begin to enter the sifted flour, gradually pouring it slowly into the dough and stirring. Stop adding it after you have achieved soft, flowing and slightly sticky consistency. Roll it a ball, cover with cling film and leave for proofing for thirty or forty minutes.

For the filling processed in the grater piece of cheese, mix the resulting chips with egg, if desired, season with chopped herbs and ground pepper.

Vystavkina the dough divided into eight equal pieces, roll each to obtain a pellet of a thickness of about five millimeters. In the center of each cheese blend a little of the filling, raise the edges, gathered them up and carefully pinch pouch.     • wheat flour – 125 g;
    • kefir – 125 ml;
    • baking powder – 0.5 tsp;
    • eggs – 2 PCs.;
    • Adyghe cheese – 220 g;
    • fresh herbs (optional);

  • butter for greasing the frying pan – 25 g.


The dough for the lazy khachapuri with cheese kefir is prepared in three accounts. Just mix slightly beaten eggs with yogurt, grated Adyghe cheese, baking powder, pepper and fresh herbs and stir in flour and you can proceed directly to baking khachapuri. To do this we will on an oiled heated pan. Pour the prepared mass, cover the pan with a lid and kept khachapuri on a moderate heat until Browning on both sides.
