Ingredients:

  • beef — 480 g;
  • tomato puree — 205 g;

  • potatoes — 320 g;
  • carrots — 210 g.

Cooking

Dividing the beef into cubes, brown it in the «Baking». Not switching mode, add the chopped vegetables and herbs. When carrots become soft, sprinkle the peas and put prerobeny clove of garlic. Pour in the tomato puree and add water. Ingredients:

  • beans — 155 g;
  • dried oregano, cumin, 2 tsp;
  • chili pepper — to taste;
  • garlic — 4 cloves;
  • beef broth — 740 ml;
  • onions — 135 g;
  • beef — 1.3 kg;
  • light beer 740 ml.

Cooking

A few hours before cooking, soak the beans in cold water. Grind to a paste the garlic with the oregano, cumin and chilli, adding a little broth if necessary. In the bowl multivarki put the diced beef and leave to brown. When the meat changed color, put the aromatic mixture on the basis of garlic and add the chopped onion. After another 5 minutes, stir the beans and pour the mixture of broth with beer. Leave the soup to boil for half an hour, selecting the option to «Extinguishing».

Cooking
