Secondly, it would be correct to learn the source of irritation. What’s the point of getting away from problems, if sooner or later they still come back? Thirdly, it is necessary to enlist the support of loved ones. When a person has «your island of peace and harmony» it will be much easier to deal with adversity. A simple heart-to-heart with your best friend to get an idea about the problem, which will be a mere trifle.

Fourthly, it is important to make «rest stops». Man is not a horse, it may not work forever. Rest is the best medicine for stress. After a series of positive emotions from your memories, worries and stress will catch you off guard.
