Exercises «Cardio tech»

Before moving directly to complex I would like to say about contraindications, so it is forbidden to perform the exercises for people with heart problems, blood vessels, hypertension and chronic disease. Each of the following exercises you must perform for a minute, not forgetting in between to take a break lasting 30 sec.

Exercises «Cardio tech»:

 

  • Place your feet at shoulder level, bending slightly at the knees. Perform intensive running with high lifting of the knees, keeping feet. Another important point – during the execution of a lead back should be level.
  • Stand up straight and extend hands in front of him, holding them at shoulder level. Task – do lunges to the side, alternating legs. Make sure that the body wouldn’t fall forward.
  • SP as in the first exercise. The challenge – run on the spot, making small steps. Try to achieve maximum intensity. After 15 sec. turn left without stopping running, and then return to the starting position and repeat to the other side.
  • PI as in the previous exercise. Task – imagine that on the floor scattered various items that need to be collected, putting them in one place. Alternate hands, one gathers, and another hold on the belt.
  • Have a seat, dropping his hands down between her legs. Task – jump up, raising his hands as high as possible.
