Pie with cherry jam in a slow cooker
- butter – 115 g;
- egg – 2 PCs.;

So, get the butter out of the fridge and leave for 30 minutes to thaw, and then slice into small pieces. In a bowl put eggs without the shell, add sugar and beat with a whisk. Then add oil, stir with a fork and add flour gradually. Knead not stiff, soft dough, wrap it in a plastic bag and put in a cool place for 1 hour. Next, we divide it into 2 unequal parts, and most put in a bowl multivarki. Distribute the dough along the bottom and arms out slightly to the sides of the pan. Now pour the cherry jam seedless, level it with a spoon and throw on top, grated into crumbs remaining part of the test. Close the lid and cook the pie for 70 minutes in the «Baking». Cake from flaky pastry with cherry jam

- potato starch – 10 g;
- sugar – 110 g;
- sesame seeds, nuts, or powdered sugar – for decoration.
To make a cake with cherry jam in a hurry, the dough is first thawed, and then unfold and put on the table powdered with flour. Roll out with a rolling pin into a thin rectangular layer. With two sides with a knife make small horizontal incisions. In the middle of a spread of cherry jam and sprinkle it with potato starch. Hands wetted with water and gently pull the cuts, alternating and combining them on top of the berries, as if braiding hair. Break the egg into a bowl, add a little sugar, stir with a whisk and sweet mixture we coat the surface of cake. Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped nuts. Put a treat on oiled baking sheet and bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees. After that, gently remove it and let cool.
