Classic Mexican guacamole — recipe

The guacamole in its simplest execution is made from avocado with lime juice or lemon, which in addition to taste sour notes is an antioxidant that prevents oxidation of the pulp of the tropical fruit and purchase it unappetizing shade of brown.

Ingredients:

  • fruit avocado – 2 PCs.;
  • the fruit is lime – 1 PC.;
  • non-iodized salt – to taste.

This recipe sauce includes fresh tomatoes and onions, making it spicier and more colorful in appearance. This kind of guacamole is perfect for meat dishes, fish or just chips.

Ingredients:

  • fruit avocado – 2 PCs.;
  • shallots – 1-2 PCs.;
  • fresh tomato medium size – 1 piece.
  • hot red pepper – 0,5 pieces;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • fresh green coriander – 2-3 sprigs;
  • salt – to taste;
  • ground cumin – a pinch.

Cooking

The avocado fruit is washed, cut around the bone and serve it, turning halves in opposite directions. Then vystavlyaem the pulp and season it with lemon juice. A pod of red chilli pepper remove from the stalk and seeds, then wash, obsessive and chop quite finely. Shallots also peel and chop with a sharp knife, small dice. Grind fresh tomatoes, not forgetting to prewash and dry.
