But before the start of the experiments, let us turn to the database — a simple sauce of Mexican workers, which is usually served with corn tortillas and vegetables. To prepare this sauce, you can do without a prescription: mash the avocado pulp with lime juice, salt, pepper and ready, but for those who take up this dish for the first time, we present this simple recipe with the exact quantities of components.

Ingredients:

  • avocado — 1 PC.;
  • lime juice — 15 ml;
  • the green coriander (chopped) — 1 tbsp.

Cooking

Before you start cooking make sure to use a ripe avocado. The ripe fruit is soft and easily separates from the bone when cutting. Splitting the avocado in half, remove the seed and remove the pulp with a spoon. Salt the flesh, drizzle it with lime juice (not only for taste but also not to dark) and then mash with a fork. Authentic guacamole does not have the texture of a souffle, this is a rather heterogeneous mass, in which places there are large pieces. In the final sauce add cilantro and try it.

What usually eat guacamole? Chips from corn tortillas but can be served with the usual chips from potato or pita bread, without any strong flavors.

The guacamole — recipe

This sauce is a bit unusual, not a classic taste. All by adding garlic and onion to the avocado paste.

Ingredients:

  • garlic — 3 cloves;
  • avocado — 3 PCs.;
  • a handful of cilantro;
  • lime juice — 35 ml;
  • purple onion 65 g

Cooking

In a mortar make a paste of garlic chives with a pinch of salt. Slice the onion so finely as you can, but don’t turn it into puree. Chop cilantro. Preroute flesh of the avocado with a fork and mix with prepared ingredients, pouring in the lime juice and adding a little more salt.

How to prepare guacamole at home?

This guacamole variation is already beginning to resemble a salad, but it’s not considered a rarity in modern Mexican cuisine, on the contrary, the avocado has a neutral taste and thus can be combined with any vegetables, including tomatoes, as in this variation.

Ingredients:

  • the tomatoes — 10 PCs.;
  • avocado — 3 PCs.;
  • purple onions — 45 g;
  • lime juice — 25 ml;
  • pinch of red pepper.

Cooking

Splitting the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds, and the walls of the fruit mince. Finely chop the purple onion. Mash avocado into a puree with a fork, and then mix puree with prepared vegetables, lime juice, red pepper and pinch of salt.

The guacamole of avocado

Over time, the avocado also began to add a variety of dried spices like cumin, Cayenne pepper and dried onion with garlic. Such alternatives to fresh foods will be useful in case you want to prepare a homogeneous guacamole in the manner of a souffle, without unnecessary pieces.

Ingredinet:

  • avocado — 2 PCs.;
  • ground cumin — 1 tsp.;
  • dried garlic, onion, Cayenne pepper — ½ tsp;
  • a handful of coriander leaves;
  • lime juice — 25 ml.

Cooking

Mexican guacamole

Ingredients:

  • avocado — 2 PCs.;
  • a clove of garlic;
  • a handful of cilantro;
  • sour cream — 15 g;
  • chili pepper — to taste;
  • lime juice — 15 ml.

Cooking

Preroute garlic with a pinch of salt and mix it with mashed avocado pulp. Add sour cream with cilantro and hot pepper, and then finish sauce with lime juice.
