  • wheat flour – about 2 cups;

  • sugar – 300 g;
  • vanilla or cinnamon;

  • yogurt fat – not more than 500 ml;
  • rum 1 tbsp;

For impregnation cakes:

  • sugar — 50 g;
  • water — 50 ml;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. spoon;

For the cream:

  • unsweetened thick yoghurt – 300 ml;
  • fruit syrup from cherry jam – 150 g ml;
  • a strong solution of gelatin — 50 ml;

For chocolate oblivi:

  • tile dark chocolate – 1 piece.
  • butter – 50 g;

For registration:

  • biscuits «Mushrooms» – a few pieces.


Pour boiling water over the dried fruits, after 10 minutes, drain the water, remove pits from plums, chop with a knife dried apricots and prunes.

Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla with a whisk or mixer at low speed (better separately the yolks and whites – then connect).

Quicklime soda dissolved in the buttermilk, pour the egg-sugar mixture.

Pour 1 tablespoon of rum or brandy and gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough with a mixer.

Add to the dough the dried fruit and stir to evenly distribute.

How to bake a cake rotten stump?

Evenly pour the batter into proteiny oiled baking paper a rectangular baking pan. The dough should not be thick (if the dough much, and a small baking tray – bake in 2 admission).
