Wanted to treat my family to homemade ravioli, then the dough into the boiling water – very comfortable and quick variant. It is soft, gentle and plastic.
The dough for dumplings in the boiling water without eggs
- boiling water – 150 ml;
- small salt – a pinch;
- flour – 665 G.
In a deep bowl pour flour, throw a pinch of fine salt on top and make a small indentation. Then gradually pour in the scalding water and knead the dough with a spoon. Then put it on a floured table and knead thoroughly by hand. Remove the finished brewed with boiling water the dough for dumplings in the fridge and pinpoint about a half hour. Then remove it and move on to the moulding products.
The recipe of dough for ravioli in the boiling water
- egg – 2 PCs.;
- flour – 6 tbsp.;
- water 445 ml;
- salt – a pinch.
In a saucepan pour the cool water and gradually add the cups of flour. Podsalvage to taste, beat eggs and mix the ingredients. Put the cookware on the stove and heat over very low fire, not forgetting to stir the mixture with a spoon. After the mixture thickens, immediately remove the weight from the plate and enter the rest of the flour. Knead soft and smooth dough. Give it a ball shape and wrapped in a towel. Leave it for 45 minutes in the heat, and then start generating a homemade ravioli.
The dough for dumplings in the boiling water with egg
- egg – 1 PC.;
- vegetable oil;
- water – 1 tbsp.;
- salt – a pinch;
- flour – 3 tbsp.
In a bowl toss chicken egg without the shell, potseluem and whisk thoroughly with a fork. Gently fold in flour and pour a thin stream of vegetable oil. Stir the ingredients with a spoon and then add the Cup of boiling water and kneading the dough. If necessary, add flour and form a smooth ball. After 35 minutes the dough is fully ready for the modeling ravioli.
The dough for dumplings in the boiling water
- boiled water 210 ml;
- flour – 460 g;
- vegetable oil – 45 ml;
- egg – 1 PC.
- salt – a pinch.
Sift a little flour in a wide bowl and in the middle make a small hole. Pour vegetable oil and carefully brewed with boiling water. Give weight time to cool slightly, then break an egg and mix thoroughly. Knead elastic dough, cover it with a paper towel and leave for 1 hour. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing for future dumplings.
