The beef in the oven – recipes

Mash the garlic into a paste and mix it with the thyme, butter and mustard. Evenly coat the tenderloin with the mixture and place on the baking sheet. Leave the meat in the oven for half an hour at 120 degrees, and then turn off the heat and let the beef walk for another half hour.
Juicy the beef is cut only after 10 minutes after removing the piece from the oven.
Beef with plums in pots in the oven
- beef — 680 g;
- chicken broth — 210 ml;
- onions — 130 g;
- carrots — 170 g;
- leeks — 1 PC.;
- mushrooms — 110 g;
- prunes — 8 PCs.;
- dark beer — 210 ml;
- honey — 10 ml;
- dried ginger — 1/2 tsp.;
- the Laurel leaf.
Divide the beef into pieces of equal size and quickly fry in a good hot pan. Separately also quickly sauté the vegetables. Mix the meat with the vegetables and spread all clay pots – they distribute heat better, and therefore allow the meat to cook evenly.
Connect warm beer and broth together, add the honey with Laurel, ginger, and then pour the mixture the contents of the pots. Send the meat to cook at 160 degrees for 1 hour.
Beef, baked in foil with vegetables in the oven
Instead of the standard roast meat with vegetables, you can cook easy, great and tasty meatloaf that is easy to shape and bake in foil.

- sweet pepper 410 g;
- spinach leaves — 2 tbsp.;
- grated Parmesan cheese — 95 g;
- sprigs of thyme — 2 PC.
Lay a sheet of foil on the table. Beef tenderloin divide into thin layers and put them on top of foil overlap. Sprinkle the pieces with salt, thyme and pepper.
Sweet pepper whole anneal above the burner, remove the peel and the flesh divide into large petals. Peel the carrots coarsely chop and fry by sprinkling ground nutmeg, salt and celery. Spread carrots in pan. Fry the beef on high heat on both sides, then add a splash of brandy to it, and allow the alcohol to evaporate. Place the meat on a bed of carrots and leave it to bake at 155 degrees for 45 minutes. Upon removing from the oven leave the meat for 10 minutes before cutting and then sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
