Unlike English, an American Breakfast is much more than a wide variety of dishes. In the traditional first meal of the day might include pancakes, sandwiches, muffins, eggs, bacon, cereal, cereal bars, waffles, donuts, bagels, and more – all depending on the region. American Breakfast – recipe

It is impossible to imagine traditional American Breakfast without eggs and bacon, but the Americans themselves love to put eggs and zazharistoe the pieces of pork on toast and complement the guacamole, the recipe of which was borrowed from the closest neighbours in the South.

Ingredients:

  • bread — 1 slice;
  • bacon — 3 slices;
  • cheese — 1 slice;

Cooking

A slice of white bread brown in the toaster or on a dry pan. Fry the bacon separately, also on a dry pan, crunch and full rendering of fat. Put crispy strips on napkins and take in scrambled eggs. Fry eggs, not forgetting to season it. Lubricate toast avocado sauce, put a slice of cheese, crispy bacon and then the egg.

American Breakfast cereal

Pour the cereal milk – it’s not tricky, but Americans also love to use the flakes in small bars that are easy to snack on the go or at work, if you slept through Breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • butter — 75 g;
  • honey — 55 ml;
  • a sprinkle of cinnamon;
  • Breakfast cereal — 3 tbsp.;
  • a handful of almonds.

Cooking

Prepare the caramel mixture of butter and honey. When the caramel will change color slightly deeper, add the cinnamon and allow to cool slightly. Mix the flakes with sliced almonds and pour the caramel on top. Stir and distribute all in square shape and leave until firm, then slice.

American pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • flour — 135 g;
  • baking powder — 10 g;
  • milk — 135ml;
  • egg — 1 PC.;
  • vegetable oil — 35 ml;
  • sugar — 45 g;
  • vanilla — to taste.

Cooking

Mix dry ingredients and separately whisk the eggs with milk. Pour half of liquid to dry mixture, stir until smooth, add the remaining liquid and vanilla. Leave the dough for 15 minutes, then fry on both sides until cooked. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
