Ingredients:

  • cow milk – 200 ml;

  • sugar – 190 g;

Ingredients:

  • flour of highest grade wheat – 40 g;
  • cocoa powder – 40 g;
  • milk – 250 ml;

Cooking

Mix flour with sugar and cocoa powder. Pour in milk, stir thoroughly and cook until thick over very low heat. All this time the weight you need to continuously stir, so that it was homogeneous. After cooling the cream is ready!

Cream sponge cake without butter

Ingredients:

  • natural yoghurt – 600 gr;
  • the sand is sugar – 90 g;
  • cream 33% fat – 500 ml;
  • citric acid – ½ tsp;
