  • flour – 665 g;
  • milk – 115 ml;

  • milk – 970 ml;
  • the egg – 25 g;
  • starch – 25 g

Before making custard, we will tell you how to cook a delicious cake «Napoleon». Pour the flour in a bowl, add the cooled cream butter and grind until you obtain fine crumbs. Trimming the edges with a knife and carefully transfer on the baking sheet. Pierce them in several places with a fork and put it into the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Repeat the procedure with all the layers. Now cool them, coat custard cream and put a pile on each other, forming a cake.
