How to deal with internal anxiety

Anxiety is quite usual, reasonable, but not very pleasant inner state of a person. It is quite common phenomenon, but if you do not fight, it can bring to a state of hysterical frenzy.

All that we are concerned about, fear of the unknown, to future changes in life, fear of losing something, all this and more, it’s so intangible and sometimes are not subject to our correct perception and subjective evaluation, we simply enter into a stupor and not know how to treat this.
