- flour – 205 g;
- water 575 ml;
- vegetable oil – 85 ml;
- lemon juice – 35 ml;

Sift the flour into a bowl, diluted with water and thoroughly mix. - sugar – 15 g;
- water – 355 ml;
- flour – 85 g;
- iodized salt – 5 g;

- soy milk – 155 ml;
- homemade mustard – 1 tbsp. spoon;
- salt – to taste;
- lemon juice – 25 ml;

Cool the milk in a separate bowl mix the butter and beat with a blender for several seconds to obtain a homogeneous emulsion. Then add mustard, salt, lemon juice and mix again at high speed. Then throw in optional sugar and spices.

- fresh lemon juice – 2 tbsp. spoon;

- sugar – a pinch;
- salt – a pinch;
